It was a good experience

I loved the view, it's breathtaking . Food delicious dessert and fruits always fresh and delicious . Staff top notch , very attentive, very helpful and very safe.

I didn't like the furniture and the floor in the room as it is very old. Another minus is they paint the furniture in a light green but doesn't look good. It looked better before. Another minus is their entertainment, mostly spoken in Russian (now majority are Russian speakers) but it's missing the spark, something different and more vibrant would make a big difference.

The staff are the hotels' best asset. All where fantastic treated us as individuals and couldn't do enough. Akram in Latinos bar deserves a raise. JJ on reception and Emad our room attendant also deserve a mention. Also worth noting that this is the 1st AI hotel I've been to where the cocktails are made with fresh fruit juice and not a pre made syrup.
